Oh Yes, Got a New Car

As you see I got a new car last June before I moved out from Pittsburgh. My old red car, a Pontiac Grand Prix GT 2000 was like a ticking bomb and knew it was time to trade in before I have to spend more money to replace the battery, spark plugs, and a few more things. Plus I did not trust the steering since the mechanic couldn’t figure out what’s wrong and the transmission might need rebuilt. Definitely good time to get a new car. I had my eye on a Honda Civic cuz you can modify and it has the best MPG. I decided to get a Honda Civic 2009 LX model cuz I felt I don’t really need some features from EX model like sunroof, and their choice of mag wheels for a higher price.

After I got my new car, I realize I miss a few features that my old car had that my Honda Civic doesn’t:

  • Leather seats, you were able to clean up and make it smell like a new car, again and again
  • On Head Unit Display, that showed how many MPG you have now
  • Remote key that opened trunk door
  • Quick power acceleration but less mpg
  • Smooth braking

But what I love about my new Honda Civic:

  • Best MPG
  • Nice front window, feel like you see more than previous car
  • Easy to turn quick and to park in city

well that’s all I can think of, for now. I thought about body kit but right now I think it looks good. I doubt I will get the body kit after I will add tinted window and mag wheels. Well maybe a spoiler too. Also I plan to add some LED lights for interior and hook up with my iPhone. I probably will adjust brakes if possible after I get mag wheels. So right now, my car is “Before I pimp my ride.”
