Gluuteny!!!
I learned a few weeks ago that there will be a new gluten-free bakery, “Gluuteny” right down in Pittsburgh! It was supposed to open in July but I found out it will open on Aug 18 when I got Pittsburgh Post-Gazette link from my boss at work. It’s really smart for them to set up a business right in Pittsburgh so it’s easier for many people from outside of Pittsburgh to come. Also their target is for celiac people and everyone else so it will be a real good business. Oh after I saw some pixes of bakery food from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, I know it will be too good to be true! See you on Aug 18.

Cool name for a GF Bakery. My neighbors run a GF bakery here in Colorado Springs called Outside the Breadbox. I’m seeing more and more GF places all the time. We’ve even got a “Biaggi’s” Italian restaurant here. They’ve got a great GF menu and it’s ITALIAN!
